The Building Process

With an open Builders license & our highly experienced team, Wally Williams Constructions can complete residential & commercial projects up to $12M & any one single project up to $3.5M. Our core business is custom residential homes, boutique renovations & townhouse developments.  As well as this, we have undertaken a variety of small scale custom, commercial, community, & educational projects since our inception in 1977.

 

The following is a quick guide to the stages of construction & the services offered by WWC

Design

Quality service begins at design stage and carries through to the project completion. Whether you already have plans or require a referral to an architect or designer, WWC caters for both situations.

Cost Planning Stage

We work closely with architects & consultants during the course of design to prepare documents that will meet the client’s budget. Cost indicators can be provided at this stage in the form of $/m2 rates or budget estimates.

Tender Stage

Once all relevant documentation is finalized, we take time to go through it all thoroughly. Quotes are gathered from all applicable subcontractors & suppliers as we work to build up a cost for the project.

Contract Stage

The scope of works, price, timing & project expectations are clearly defined by all parties & agreed to.

Construction Stage

Site works begin! An exciting & busy time as we walk with you and do what we do best: Delivering projects that everyone involved can be proud of.
